All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally​

 

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to [most of the United States]. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. If your location is not listed, please contact us at

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Delays & Issues
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays). If your order is delayed, contact us at sagessnoutsnackbakery@gmail.com

6. Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue, but will ask that you file an complaint with the delivery service. We will do our best to package items to issue they arrive safely, but we can not guarentee damage the is caused by the delivery service. Homemade pet treats are none refundable and are perishable, please plan according.
