Proper treat storage recommendation
To ensure our perishable treats remain fresh and delicious, please adhere to these storage instructions carefully. Most treats stay fresh for about a month under dry, ideal conditions. In humid environments, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator in a ziplock bag or airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Since our treats contain no artificial preservatives, we cannot be responsible for improper storage. The product packaging typically includes specific storage recommendations—please follow those guidelines. We guarantee freshness upon arrival, as they are made fresh. Our goal is to ensure proper storage to maintain their quality, and these safety tips are provided to help keep them fresh.

Refund Policy
As our treats are considered perishable items, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on them. Please note that once treats leave our establishment, we are no longer responsible for their condition or improper storage methods. Please follow the recommended storage of our treats.
Refunds will be issued for merchandise returned in its original packaging, provided the customer ships the items properly. We do not cover shipping costs for returns nor refund the original shipping fees. A $15 restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. If an item arrives damaged to you, please contact the delivery service to file a damage claim.
